Information we collect

HeroWish collects the parent or authorized buyer's name and email, plus the child's first name, age, pronunciation hint, interests, birthday date, requested original character concept, production details, optional family message, and an optional photo if you want it used in the video.

Please do not provide a child's surname, home address, video, audio recording, or other unnecessary personal information.

How information is used

We use order details only to validate the order, process payment, create and deliver the requested video, prevent abuse, and respond to support, correction, cancellation, or refund requests.

Payment and service providers

Card checkout is provided by WayForPay. WayForPay collects and processes card details on its protected payment page; HeroWish does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.

HeroWish also uses infrastructure and email providers only as needed to host the service, store order details, send order messages, and deliver support.

Optional analytics

With your permission, HeroWish uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand anonymous website activity, such as pages viewed, scrolling, outbound-link clicks, selected video length, order-step progress, and checkout initiation. We do not send names, email addresses, child details, birthday dates, family messages, or payment information to analytics providers.

You can decline optional analytics when you visit the site. If you allow it, Google and Meta may set analytics cookies in your browser. You can change your choice by clearing HeroWish site data in your browser and revisiting the site.

Retention and requests

An optional child photo is used only to create the ordered video. We do not retain the source photo after production is complete.

Order information is retained only as long as needed for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email support@herowish.digital.
