1. Seller

HeroWish's legal seller and contact details are available on the Contact page.

2. Service

HeroWish creates one manually reviewed, personalized HD birthday video in the 25-, 45-, or 60-second length selected during checkout. The service is made to order from the brief supplied by the buyer.

The finished product is digital. It is delivered by email as a private link and downloadable file. There is no physical product, shipping service, or shipping charge.

3. Ordering and acceptance

The buyer selects a video length, supplies the requested personalization and contact details, reviews the price, accepts this offer and the linked policies, and proceeds to WayForPay.

A binding order is formed only after WayForPay confirms a successful live payment. A test checkout, declined payment, abandoned checkout, or browser return page is not proof of payment and does not create a production order.

The buyer confirms that they are a parent, guardian, or authorized adult and have permission to provide the child details included in the brief.

4. Price and payment

The website displays the selected service price in US dollars. Payment is made by a supported Visa or Mastercard through WayForPay. Before payment, WayForPay shows the final payable amount, supported currency, and available payment methods.

HeroWish does not collect or store payment-card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes.

5. Territory and delivery

The service is offered to customers in the United States. Delivery is digital by email, so no city list or physical delivery carrier applies.

HeroWish will deliver within 48 hours after both successful payment and receipt of a complete, usable brief. If clarification is required, the delivery period starts when the requested clarification is received.

6. Original content and acceptable requests

HeroWish creates original character worlds inspired by broad ideas such as superheroes, princesses, dinosaurs, racing, space, or fantasy. The buyer must not request an exact reproduction of a protected third-party character, franchise, trademark, copyrighted work, or a deceptive portrayal of a real person.

Do not submit illegal, harmful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise unsafe material. HeroWish may propose an original alternative or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled lawfully or safely.

7. Corrections, cancellations, and refunds

One correction is included when HeroWish makes a factual or name-pronunciation error despite receiving accurate instructions. Cancellation and refund conditions are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this offer.

8. Privacy

Order details are used to process payment, create and deliver the video, and provide support as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability and disputes

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the brief. HeroWish is responsible for providing the agreed digital service or an applicable remedy under this offer and Ukrainian law.

Please contact support@herowish.digital first so the parties can attempt to resolve any issue. Matters that cannot be resolved by agreement are governed by applicable Ukrainian law.
